< 분말 혼합기 사용 하는 방법 >



1. 분말 혼합기 구입후 스텐 스킬 제거제 또는 베이킹 파우더등을  사용하여 세척후 건조한 상태에서 사용

2. 분말 혼합기에 혼할할 분말 원료를 50% ~ 최대 60% 까지 투입후 가동 ( 구입업체에서 원료의 양을 조절하여 사용 )

3. 분말 투입후 첫 가동시 2~3분 정도 작동후 정지한 상태에서 혼합 상태를 확인해 보시고 적절한 타이머를 입력후 조절하여 사용하시기 바랍니다

4. 혼합이 다 되면 완전히 정지된 상태에서 혼합된 분말을 받을 용기를 하단부에 넣고 내용물을 받으시면 됩니다

5. 사용후 깨끗이 청소후 재사용 하시면 됩니다

6. 분말 혼합기 하단 바퀴는 브레이크가 가능한 제품입니다 적정한 지정 장소에 브레이크를 채워서 안전하게 사용해 주세요

밀가루 얼마 설탕 얼마라고 설명해 주시는데 저희들은 부피를 알수 없습니다

혼합기에 50~60% 투입후 사용하는 분말 혼합기이므로 구입업체에서 신중히 결정후 주문해 주시기 바랍니다



2) 혼합이 잘 되나요?

어느 회사든 잘되나요 라고 묻는다면 자기 회사의 제품은 잘된다고 하실 겁니다

자가 테스트 방법 : 빈 플라스틱 투명 음료수 용기에 혼합할 원료들을  한줌 넣어 흔들어 보세요

뱅글뱅글 흔들어서 확인후 어느 정도 혼합이 가능하면 저희가 제작하는 360도 회전 방식인 분말혼합기로 충분히 혼합이 될 것입니다 ( 단, 흑설탕과 같은 완전 건조가 덜 된 상태의 원료는 혼합 불가능합니다 )



3) 고장은 안나요 ? AS는요 ?

저희가 제작한 분말 혼합기는 잔 고장없이 수명이 긴 제품임을 장담합니다 다만 사용하시는 업체에서 관리가 소홀하다면 기계는 당연히 고장이 발생됩니다

모든 기계는 사용하는 업체에서 수시로 점검해 주시고 잘 관리 하여 사용하셔야 합니다





< 분말 혼합기 사용시 반드시 주의 해야할 사항 >





1) 360도 회전하는 분말 혼합기이므로 회전중 벽에 부딪힘이 발생 되지 않도록 충분히 여유가 있는 공간에서 가동해 주시기 바랍니다

2) 평지에서 사용해 주시기 바랍니다

3) 혼합기 하단에 원료를 담을 용기를 놓아 둔체 가동하지 마세요

반드시 정지 된 상태에서 용기를 두고 사용하세요

4) 액상을 투입하여 사용하시면 안됩니다 ( 액상 혼합기는 별도 제작 가능 )

5) 사용하는 업체의 과실로 인한 기계 파손시 발생되는 수리비 및 기타 비용은 전액 사용 업체에서 부담하셔야 됩니다

<Method of using powder mixer>



1. After purchasing a powder mixer, wash it with a stencil remover or baking powder, and dry it.

2. Powder raw material to be mixed in powder mixer is put in a range of 50% ~ 60%, and it is operated (the amount of raw material is adjusted by the purchaser)

3. After starting the powder for 2 ~ 3 minutes at first start-up, check the blending state after stopping and input the appropriate timer and use it.

4. When the mixing is completed, put the container to receive the mixed powder in the completely stopped state, and collect the contents

5. Clean and re-use after cleaning.
