SUS 304로 제작 되며 혼합통이 360도 회전되어 혼합이 이루어지게 되었습니다
혼합통 내부에는 용기를 지지하고 있는 가로봉만 있으며 내용물은 통용기에 50%만 채우고 혼합기를 가동하시면 됩니다
일반 전압인 220V를 사용하시면 됩니다
회전 속도 : 분당 18회전 ( 속도 조절을 원하시면 속도 조절기 부착 가능합니다 )

< 분말 혼합기 사용 방법 >
1. 분말 혼합기 구입후 깨끗하게 세척후 완전히 건조된 상태에서 사용
* 세척 방법 : 선택하여 세척하시면 됩니다
1) 스텐스케일제거제 ( 옥션에서 판매 ) 사용하여 세척
2) 베이킹 소다,식초,물을 사용 하여 세척
3) 헝겊 또는 키친 타올에 식용유를 묻혀 닦은후 세척
4) 세제로 세척 부드러운 수세미로 세척후 사용
2. 건조된 상태의 분말 혼합기에 혼합할 분말의 원료를 혼합용기에 50~60%까지만 투입후 가동 ( 구입 업체에서 사용하는 원료의 양을 조절하여 투입후 사용 )
3. 분말 투입후 첫 가동시 2~3 분 정도 가동후 완전히 정지된 상태에서 혼합 상태를 확인해 본후 적당한 타이머를 입력하여 사용하시면 됩니다
4. 혼합이 완료되면 반드시 정지된 상태에서 혼합된 분말 가루를 받을 용기를 하단부에 놓은 후 혼합통을 기울여 내용물을 받으시면 됩니다
5. 사용후 깨끗이 세척하여 재사용 하시면 됩니다
* 분말 혼합기 하단부 지지대에 브레이크 바퀴가 장착 되어 있으므로 적절한 장소에 브레이크를 채워 안전하게 가동해 주시기 바랍니다

< 분말 혼합기 사용시 반드시 주의 해야 할 사항 >
1) 360도 회전하는 분말 혼합기이므로 회전중 벽에 부딪힘이 발생되지 않도록 충분히 여유있는 공간에서 가동해 주시기 바랍니다
2) 지지대 하단부에 브레이크 바퀴가 장착 되어 있으므로 브레이크를 꼭 채워서 가동하시기 바랍니다
3) 반드시 평지에서 사용해 주시기 바랍니다
4) 혼합기 하단에 원료 담을 용기를 놓아 둔체로 가동하지 마세요 반드시 정지된 상태에서 용기를 두고 사용하세요
5) 액상을 투입하여 가동하지 마세요 ( 액상 혼합기는 별도 제작 )
6) 사용하는 업체의 과실로 인한 기계 파손시 발생되는 수리 및 기타 비용은 전액 사용업체에서 부담하셔야 합니다

<How to use a powder mixer>
1. After purchasing a powder mixer, wash it thoroughly and use it in a completely dry state.
* Cleaning method: Select and clean
1) Cleaning with a stainless scale remover (sold at auction)
2) Wash with baking soda, vinegar, and water
3) Wipe the cloth or kitchen towel with vegetable oil and then wash.
4) Wash with detergent Use after cleaning with a soft scrubbing brush
2. Operation after charging up to 50-60% of the powder raw material to be mixed in the dry powder mixer into the mixing container (used after adjusting the amount of raw material used by the vendor)
