< 분말 혼합기 사용하는 방법 >
1) 분말 혼합기 구입후 깨끗하게 세척후 완전히 건조된 상태에서 사용
2) 건조된 분말 혼합기에 혼합할 분말 원료를 50~60% 까지만 투입후 가동 ( 구입 업체에서 사용하는 원료의 양을 조절하여 투입후 사용 )
3) 분말 투입후 첫 가동시 2,3분 정도 작동후 정지된 상태에서 혼합 상태를 확인해 보시고 적절한 타이머를 입력후 조절하여 사용하시면 됩니다
4) 혼합이 다 되면 완전히 정지된 상태에서 혼합된 분말 가루를 받을 용기를 하단부에 놓고 혼합통을 기울여 내용물을 받으시면 됩니다
5) 사용후 깨끗이 청소후 재사용 하시면 됩니다
6) 분말 혼합기 하단부 지지대에 브레이크 바퀴가 장착되어있으므로 적정한 장소에 브레이크를 채워 안전하게 가동해 주시기 바랍니다

저희들은 구입하는 업체의 분말에 대해서 잘 모릅니다
밀가루 얼마 설탕 얼마라고 말씀해 주시는데 저희들은 그 부피를 잘알지 못합니다
분말 혼합기에 50~60% 정도 투입후 사요하는 분말혼합기이므로 구입업체에서 신중히 결정하셔서 주문해 주시기 바랍니다
2) 혼합이 잘 되나요 ?
혼합 상태가 궁금하시다면 자가 테스트를 해보세요
* 자가 테스트 방법 : 빈 플라스틱 (투명 음료수 통) 용기에 혼합할 원료들을 한줌 넣어 흔들어 보세요
흔들어서 혼합된 상태를 확인해 보시고 어느정도 혼합이 이루어진다면 저희가 제작하는 통돌이식 회전 분말 혼합기로는 충분히 혼합이 가능할 것입니다
3) 고장은요 ? AS는요 ?
저희가 제작하는 분말 혼합기는 잔 고장없이 수명이 긴 제품임을 장담합니다
다만 사용하는 업체에서 잘 관리를 해주시기 바랍니다
수시로 볼트 조임 확인 , 베어링 관리 등 잘 관리만 해주신다면 오랫동안 사용하실수 있습니다
< 분말 혼합기 사용시 반드시 주의 해야 할 사항 >
1) 360도 회전하는 분말 혼합기이므로 회전중 벽에 부딪힘이 발생되지 않도록 충분히 여유있는 공간에서 가동해 주시기 바랍니다
2) 하단부 브레이크 바퀴가 장착 되어 있으므로 브레이크를 꼭 채워서 가동하시기 바랍니다
3) 반드시 평지에서 사용해 주시기 바랍니다
4) 혼합기 하단에 원료 담을 용기를 놓아 둔체로 가동하지 마세요 반드시 정지된 상태에서 용기를 우고 사용하세요
5) 액상을 투입하여 가동하지 마세요 ( 액상 혼합기는 별도 제작 )
6) 사용하는 업체의 과실로 인한 기계 파손시 발생되는 수리 및 기타 비용은 전액 사용업체에서 부담하셔야 합니다

<How to use powder mixer>
1) After purchasing powder mixer, clean it thoroughly and use it in the completely dried state.
