액상세제 자동 라인 및 탈취제 자동 라인에 이어 디퓨저 자동 라인도 제작 완료 하였습니다
용기 : 50ml 100ml 180ml 유리병 용기 ( 다용기 사용 )
액상 : 디퓨저
1) 용기 이송기 ( 용기 투입 )에 용기를 올린후 자동으로 순서대로 액상 충진기로 이송
2) 용기 이송기로 이송된 용기가 자동 컨베이어로 이송후 6구 액상 충진기에서 충진됩니다
3) 액상 충진기에서 충진된 용기가 자동 컨베이어에서 캡핑기 컨베이어로 이동
4) 이동하는 과정에 뚜껑을 직접 올려주신후 캡핑기에서 자동 캡핑됩니다
5) 캡핑 완료된 용기가 출구쪽 용기 이송기로 순서대로 이송 완료
추가 : 디퓨저 액상 저장용 스텐 용기 50GL (200리터) X 8 대 추가
추가 : 스텐 용기 하단에 이송에 편리한 바퀴 부착 요청

Following the liquid detergent automatic line and deodorant automatic line, the diffuser automatic line has also been completed.
Container: 50ml 100ml 180ml glass bottle container (using multiple containers)
Liquid: diffuser
1) Post the container to the container transfer machine (container loading) and automatically transfer the liquid filling machine in order.
2) Container transfer machine After the transferred container is transferred to the automatic conveyor, it is filled with the 6th ward liquid filling machine.
3) The container filled with the liquid filling machine moves to the cap pingi conveyor by the automatic conveyor.
4) After the lid is placed in the process of moving, it is automatically capped with a cap pingi.
5) Capping completed Containers are transferred in the order of the outlet side container transfer machine
Addition: Diffuser Liquid storage stainless steel container 50GL (200 liters) x 8 units added
