이번 충진기 및 캡핑기는 전 라인 설치되는 제품이며
앞서 탈취제 전 라인을 구축하였으며 이번에는 액상 세제 라인 출고 사항입니다
액상 : 액상 세제
용기 : 500ml 1리터 2.5리터 플라스틱 용기
투입 용기 이송기 + 3구 실린더 액상충진기 ) + 반자동 캡핑기 + 출구 용기 이송기
1) ( 투입 ) 원형 용기 이송기에 용기를 올리면 자동으로 충진기 라인으로 이동
2) 용기 이송기에서 투입된 용기가 컨베이어로 자동 이동후 3구 실린더 충진기에서 액상세제가 충진
* 실린더 충진기는 구입 업체에서 직접 구입후 저희에게 보내주셨습니다
3) 3구 실린더 충진기에서 충진 완료된 용기가 캡핑기도 이동
4) 이동시 용기 뚜껑은 직접 올립니다
5) 뚜껑이 올려진 용기가 컨베이어로 이동하면서 캡핑기에 의해 캡핑완료
6) 충진 완료 캡핑 완료된 제품을 출구 용기 이송기로 이송
* 실린더 충진기는 수입 제품이므로 직접 구입후 보내주셔야 합니다

This product is installed on the filling machine and the capping base line.
We built the pre-deodorant line first, and this time we can ship the liquid detergent line.

1) (Injection) When the container of the circular container transfer machine is raised, it automatically moves to the line of the filling machine.
2) After the container loaded by the container transfer machine is automatically moved by the conveyor, it is filled with liquid detergent by the 3rd section cylinder filling machine.

3) Filling is completed with the 3rd ward cylinder filling machine. Courage is capping prayer movement
4) Lift the lid of the container directly when moving
5) Capping is completed by the capping machine while the container with the lid raised moves to the conveyor.
6) Filling completed Transfer the capped product to the outlet container transfer machine
* This is an imported product of a cylinder filling machine, so you need to send it directly after purchase.
